The Minneapolis-based start-up plans to start selling health insurance in portions of Colorado, including the Denver area.

Harken Health

The Minnetonka-based subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare plans to sell health plans and open health centers in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas.
