New designer clothing outlet in Maple Grove

Mode, the new kid in Twin Cities outlet world opens Saturday with a liquidation sale featuring one designer, Barefoot Dreams. Even if you haven't heard of Barefoot Dreams, the deals are worth a check.Chenille wraps will go for $10, regularly $110, cotton pajama gift sets will be $15, regularly $128 and soy candles will be $10, regularly $48. More than 1,000 units of Barefoot Dreams are available.

The sale starts Saturday, Oct. 24 at noon, but hey, I can get you in at 9 a.m. Just say you saw it on my Dealspotter blog.

Mode designer outlet (7781 Main St., Maple Grove, 763-391-6102, opened a couple of weeks ago. The Fargo-based boutique sometimes carries high-end pieces from Kasil and Serfontaine denim, Poetic License shoes and Tea Collection for kids. The assortment of women's, men's and kids' stuff includes a typical size range but plus sizes are rare. The temporary location is expected to move across the street in a few weeks.
