Just a couple quick notes:
Ran into Byron Buxton this morning. Buxton has been out since Sunday with a sore left wrist.
``I'm hoping to be back in a couple days,'' he said. ``Maybe sooner.''
Buxton injured his wrist while diving for a ball in the outfield. What's unfortunate is that Buxton felt he was seeing the ball better at the plate and getting his timing down.
Chris Parmelee and Josmil Pinto are playing with Class AAA Rochester today so they can get extra at-bats. Alex Presley is playing with Class AA New Britain.
