The regional semifinals and finals will take place on Friday and Saturday at four sites (the highest seed hosts) with the winners advancing to the Final Four at Target Center on Dec. 13 and 15. Six Big Ten teams are still alive. Here are the regional semifinal matchups:

(3) Illinois vs. (14) Marquette, (6) Wisconsin vs. San Diego
(1) Stanford vs. (16) Washington State, (8) Penn State vs. Washington
