Last weekend saw the debut of the first home collection from Nate Berkus for Target. The line kicks off a multi-year collaboration between the retailer and the big-name interior designer -- a Minnesota native who rose to fame as a design expert on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" before launching his own talk show. It just so happens that all the products come from women-owned local businesses. Offerings from more than 35 vendors include jewelry from Realia by Jen, SBG and Bridget Clark; handbags by Nelle; luggage by J. W.
