It's a parking lot on westbound 94 in the vicinity of Hwy. 280. Looks like a motorcycle is involved in a crash and two lanes are blocked.

Heavy traffic starting at Western Av. due to a crash blocking the right lane at Hwy. 280. A long drive to Minneapolis is in store.

Getting to St. Paul is no picnic either. There's a long line of traffic from McKnight Road to 35E.
