Anna Dvorak is a personal guide for living a vibrantly healthy life. She focuses on teaching how healthier choices can be attainable for our skin, home environment and bodies through natural products, organic ingredients, and balanced living. Her cooking classes focus on decadent simplicity in plant-based foods, primarily highlighting organic, whole foods for anti-inflammatory and nutrient-dense meals that are as delicious as they are healthful. Her skin care classes emphasize natural and botanical ingredients in simple recipes that are easy to replicate at home. Anna teaches at the Wedge and other metro area co-ops, at the Kitchen Window Cooking School, and she leads weekend and weeklong retreats for women focused on mindful, balanced living.  She is certified as a Nutrition, Wellness and Weight Loss consultant.  Read more at
