The Wild never has had three consecutive shutouts before this past week, although the team posted back-to-back shutouts seven times. The team noted four of those seven times have occurred since the start of the 2013-14 season.
For the fourth time in seven weeks, the Vikings don't have a Sunday day game this week. Their run of holiday games (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day) begins with a visit to Soldier Field to face the Bears (7:30 p.m., ESPN).
