Traffic is moving at the posted speeds in most places in the metro, but you'll find a few pockets of congestion, including on northbound 35W from the 35W/E split in Burnsville, 35W southbound from Hwy. 10 to 694 in Mounds View, and southbound 35E from County Road J to 694 in White Bear Lake.
