Anna Koethe scored at 2:43 of the overtime to lift Minnetonka to a 2-1 victory over Chaska/Chanhassen in the Class 2A, Section 2 quarterfinals at Pagel Arena on Friday.

The second-seeded Skippers trailed Chaska/Chanhassen, 1-0, Before Bertogliat scored with 19 seconds remaining in the second period to tie the score.

Haley Ellefson staked the seventh-seeded Storm Hawks to a 1-0 lead with a goal in the final minute of the first period.

The Skippers (13-10-3) will play third-seeded Shakopee in the semifinals on Tuesday at Braemar Arena.

In other girls' hockey action:

Eden Prairie 4, Bloomington Jefferson 0: Carrie Byrnes and Sydney Langseth each had a goal and an assist to lead the top-seeded Eagles past the visiting Jaguars in the Class 2A, Section 2 quarterfinals. The Eagles (16-9-1), who outshot the Jaguars, 56-10, will play Prior Lake in the section semifinals on Tuesday at Braemar Arena.

Shakopee 3, New Prague 0: The third-seeded Sabers scored twice in the first period and went on to stake past New Prague in the Class 2A, Section 2 quarterfinals. Camryn Noess had 18 saves in the shutout for the Sabers (13-10-1).

Prior Lake 2, Holy Family/Waconia 1: Katie Huntington scored twice in a 90-second span in the second period to help the fifth-seeded Lakers (12-13-1) skate to the Class 2A, Section 2 quarterfinal victory at the Victoria Ice Center. Huntington's first goal at 8:52 tied the score 1-1. She broke the tie at 10:20. Chloe McEnelly's power-play goal at 3:01 of the second period gave Holy Family/Waconia a 1-0 lead.

Boys' basketball

Apple Valley 99, Shakopee 72: Tre Jones scored a season-high 38 points to lead the Eagles, ranked No. 5 in Class 4A, to their ninth consecutive victory. Nathan Macho added 18 points for the Eagles, who improved to 16-4 overall and 11-1 in the South Suburban Conference.

Columbia Heights 82, Fridley 65: Deundra Roberson scored 25 points and Quentin Hardict scored 24 to lead the Hylanders, who are ranked No. 7 in Class 3A, past the visiting Tigers. The Hylanders improved to 15-2 on the season.

Delano 97, Hutchinson 54: Calvin Wishart scored 38 points to help Delano (11-9) end a four-game losing streak. Wishart, a senior guard, went into the game averaging 31 points per game. Delano led 66-21 at halftime.

Mounds Park Academy 51, St. Paul Academy 50: Three days after ending a 10-year, 105-game conference losing streak, the Panthers edged the Spartans for their second consecutive conference victory. The Panthers defeated Blake, 55-52, on Tuesday.

Girls' basketball

Holy Angels 59, DeLaSalle 55: Freshman Francesca Vascellaro scored 21 points to help the Stars, ranked No. 4 in Class 3A, rally past the visiting Islanders, ranked No. 3 in Class 3A. Elaina Jones scored 24 points to lead the Islanders, who led 29-24 at halftime.

Hopkins 81, Edina 40: Sophomore Paige Bueckers, who had been sidelined with an ankle injury, returned to the scored 20 points in her return to lead the Royals, ranked No. 3 in Class 4A, past the Hornets. Dlayla Chakolis added 19 points and Raena Suggs contributed 15 for the Royals. The victory was the 499th career victory for Hopkins coach Brian Cosgriff.

Eastview 57, Farmington 42: Mariah Alipate scored 19 points and Megan Walstad scored 16 to lead the help the balanced Lightning, ranked No. 1 in Class 4A, remain unbeaten.

Hastings 73, Tartan 61: Mallory Brake scored 34 points and Krystal Carlson scored 29 to lead the Raiders past the Titans.

Burnsville 82, Prior Lake 80: The visiting Blaze opened a 16-point lead and held on for the South Suburban Conference victory. Zhane Thompson scored 24 to lead the Blaze (7-14). Junior McKenna Hofschild scored 38 to lead the Lakers (11-11).
