MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

Labor All Personnel, with offices in Anoka, Minneapolis and St. Paul, has been sold to a local business executive, Dan Mulvaney of Sunbelt Business Advisors. Labor All serves the Minnesota and western Wisconsin temporary-labor markets for blue-collar workers including truck drivers, forklift drivers, machine operators, and other positions required by the company's logistics, manufacturing, and service clients.

Abra Auto Body & Glass, Brooklyn Center, acquired 23 Precision Collision Auto Body repair centers in the Seattle area and throughout Washington. The deal marks the company's entry into the Northwest region.

NEW BUSINESS

Otter Tail Power Co., Fergus Falls, Minn., has signed a deal with Ashtabula Wind III LLC, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Capital Holdings, to purchase 62 megawatts of power from its wind farm in Barnes County, N.D., according to a filing with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.

CHS Inc., Inver Grove Heights, and the Aurora Cooperative have formed a limited liability company to build and operate a high-speed shuttle loading facility near Superior, Neb. The new entity, called Superior East, expects to begin construction immediately and be completed in about 12 months. With a storage capacity of 1.25 million bushels, the new grain facility will include a 120-car capacity circle track on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe line moving corn, soybeans and hard red winter wheat to markets west and south, including Mexico.
