2012 BUDGET PROPOSAL

• No increase in property tax collections.

• $57 million increase in street paving over five years.

• Elimination of 90 city jobs.

• New focus on reducing minority unemployment through green jobs.

• Capital spending for tax base development, especially along Central Corridor.
