MAP: Troublesome rental properties in Minneapolis

The Star Tribune reported Sunday that the city has a new method for tracking problem landlords.

The latest update to the so-called "Good Cause" list revealed 124 properties and 108 property owners that have proven taxing on city resources.

The 56 owners who joined the list on Friday have not yet been informed, so the city could only provide addresses for the properties that remained from the last quarter.

Below is a map of those properties. We will update it when the new addresses are available.

UPDATE: The map below has been updated with the new properties.

And below is the explanation for how the city tallies the points. Seven points bars a landlord from receiving new licenses until they meet with the city and develop a plan.
