A man is recovering from gunshot wounds after being shot Saturday morning outside a Denny's in Brooklyn Center.
Police responded to the shooting about 2:30 a.m. at James Circle and Freeway Boulevard and found a man with noncritical injuries. The man, who was not identified, was taken to a hospital, police said.
Police said the restaurant was shut down for several hours while officers interviewed witnesses and collected evidence, then reopened. No arrests have been made.
