Fridley police are looking for a man who is believed to have accidentally fired a gun inside a SuperTarget store in Fridley on Sunday.
WCCO-TV reported that the man was near the checkout counter carrying a gun in his waistband when the weapon began to fall to the floor.
He tried to grab the gun, causing it to discharge, the station reported.
The bullet ricocheted off the floor. No one was hit or injured.
The man reportedly left the building with a female. Police were reviewing store surveillance footage.
The store is located near Central and 53rd avenues NE.
