Man found dead in Annandale home was murdered, authorities say

Annandale police say the death of a 42-year-old man found in his home Saturday morning is a homicide

Police were called to the Annandale home of Kyle Greene on Poplar Avenue North at 8 a.m. Police Chief Jeff Herr said Sunday that the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office ruled the death of homicide, though he wouldn't elaborate on a cause of death or say who called police.

Records show the house is owned by a 66-year-old relative of Greene's who appeared to live there with him.

The case remains under investigatoin by Annandale Police, the Wright County Sheriff's Office and the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office.
