A 26-year-old man died Thursday after the car he was driving rolled over on a Rice County highway.
Manbile A. Mohamud, of Lexington, Neb., was driving southbound on Interstate 35 at about 6:30 p.m. when a witness said the car's left rear tire blew out, causing the car to travel off the road and roll two and a half times, according to the Minnesota State Patrol website.
Mohamud, who was wearing his seatbelt and had no alcohol in his system, was pronounced dead on the scene. A 25-year-old woman who was also in the car was not injured.
