ST. PAUL, Minn. — Police have arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a St. Paul bar owner.

The Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/190Ermk) reports a 26-year-old Oakdale man was in custody Monday.

Police wouldn't say why 45-year-old Vone Moua as shot at Malina's Sport Bar, but say it wasn't a random incident.

Two other men were also shot at the bar by the same assailant early Sunday, but police say their injuries aren't life-threatening.

Moua had owned the bar for at least a decade. He also was a social worker.

One of the wounded men was treated and released from Regions Hospital. The other was admitted for noncritical injuries. It's unclear if they were employees or customers.
