Pan Asian Arts Festival
Saturday: Asian American and Pacific Islander performing arts groups will take over the Mall of America's rotunda for a fest that ranges from traditional dance and music to modern K-Pop and J-Pop groups. Participants include the Dao Lan Dance School, the Minnesota Kpop Dance Crew (MKDC) and the Korean drum group Shinparam. There will be educational and cultural demonstrations, carnival games and food, origami crane-making, henna hand tattooing, an open mic and more, culminating in a final showcase at 6:30 p.m. with the best of the Pan Asian shows.
