"Nikita," which premieres Thursday on the CW, stars Maggie Q as a butt-kicking spy driven by vengeance. Her sleek physique is the result of a lot of hard work and a nutritious diet. Q, who has also appeared in "Mission Impossible III" and "Live Free and Die Hard," talks about how one of her favorite books, "Food Matters" by Mark Bittman, keeps her inspired.
