Machine talks back to voters in Savage

Voter Chris Hansen reported this unusual response from a voting machine at Precinct 5, the Savage Public Works Building, 13770 Dakota Avenue:

This was the first Whistleblower has heard of a voting machine bargaining with voters over ballots. Amy Barnett, a spokeswoman for the city of Savage, said she had heard a report of a malfunctioning tabulator, but she would seek out details said the city had abandoned that tabulator and put the ballots in secure storage while election officials fetch a new machine. No one's ballot was only partially counted, she said, despite what the machine was saying.
