Lynx update: The Lynx (16-3) play the Silver Stars for the fourth and final time this season. They have beaten San Antonio in 12 of their past 14 meetings. The Lynx enter the game with a nine-game winning streak, the longest in the WNBA this season. Minnesota is first in the league in scoring (83.4 points per game), third in points off turnovers (17.5) and second in points in the paint (36.8). Lindsay Whalen has scored 34 points with 15 assists, 11 rebounds and four steals in two games in August. Seimone Augustus has scored 12 or more points in five consecutive games, 18 in each of the past two. Maya Moore has scored in double figures in seven consecutive games. Rebekkah Brunson has had double-doubles in three of her past five games.

Silver Stars update: Even without Becky Hammon and Sophia Young, the Silver Stars have won three of their past four games. That one loss was in Minnesota. San Antonio (7-13) is 1½ games behind Seattle for the fourth and final Western Conference playoff spot. G Danielle Robinson is coming off a 19-point performance against Tulsa. She is averaging 11.6 points and 6.8 assists per game. San Antonio's three losses to the Lynx this season have been by an average of 17.7 points.
