Lynx at a glance: Minnesota (6-1) will try to go six games above .500 for the first time in the 10-year history of the franchise tonight, and anything seems possible. Three of five WNBA rookies averaging in double figures are Lynx players: Candice Wiggins (15.4), Charde Houston (11.3) and Nicky Anosike (10.4). All have had one double-double already this season, and Sports Illustrated is working on a story on them. The Lynx are averaging 13.3 turnovers per game - fewest in the league -- and 86.1 points per game, second-best in the league.

Connecticut at a glance: The Sun (7-1) is coming off an 87-79 victory over Washington. Connecticut used a 19-0 run at the start of the second half to take control. Former Gophers star Lindsay Whalen had 15 points, seven assists, seven rebounds and three steals. This was the Sun's fourth victory in a row. Asjha Jones, a 6-2 forward, had 25 points against the Lynx last Friday. Connecticut is in first place in the Eastern Conference. The Sun is 9-8 all-time against Minnesota, 6-1 in the past seven games.

The team will open its WNBA campaign on May 10 against Atlanta, assuming the league and the players union have a deal by then.
