Luke Kunin scores twice as Wild prospects beat Blues

Minnesota scored five times in the game's final 10 minutes in the tournament in Traverse City, Mich.

Luke Kunin scored two goals, including the game-winner with 1:02 left in the third period, as the Wild rallied from four goals down with 10 minutes left to beat St. Louis 6-5 in their opening game at the Traverse City (Mich.) prospect tournament Friday.

Joel Eriksson Ek, Giorgio Estephan, Ivan Lodnia and Gerald Mayhew also scored for the Wild, which got 24 saves from Adam Vay.

Kunin scored his first goal with 9:06 left in the third period, getting the Wild within 5-2, and Eriksson Ek scored with four minutes left. The Wild then scored twice with Vay pulled -- Mayhew at 16:55 and Estephan at 18:25.
Mason Shaw had two assists for the Wild.

Klim Kostin scored twice for the Blues, and Evan Fitzpatrick had 21 stops.
