Lohan not working, but may sue

Nothing new there.

We interrupt our Lohan boycott for some interesting news:

Mama Lohan, naturally, wants a piece of the action, so she's considering a lawsuit. Since the screenwriter just said "obviously based on Lindsay Lohan" - a really, really stupid thing to say - it'l be tough insisting it's really about an archetype.

Or, you could say the screenwriter was wrong, and it's really about someone else. We'll just say "Harris Pilton."

Anyway, I said "interesting," and I mean it: Lydia Hearst is one of those Hearsts. As in Patty, her mom. As in the newspaper Hearsts. She's Citizen Kane's great-granddaughter. Ever see "Deadwood" on HBO? Remember the character named Hearst who was buying up all the mines in the 4th season? That Hearst.
