Valspar Corp., Minneapolis, has acquired ISVA Vernici, a European coil coatings manufacturer headquartered in Turin, Italy. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Davis Group, Minneapolis, has established an office in Phoenix. The healthcare real estate development, property management, leasing and investment company also named Linda Tierney to serve as director of property management for the Phoenix market.
The Davis Group also announced a partnership with Physicians Realty Trust, Milwaukee, to provide property management services for five healthcare buildings totaling 456,000 square feet in the Phoenix area.
