Gander Mountain, St. Paul, announced that Derek Siddons, executive vice president and chief operating officer, has been promoted to president of the outdoor retailer. Siddons is succeeding Michael Owens, who is retiring effective Oct. 31. The company also promoted Jay Tibbets to executive vice president and chief operating officer; Lisa Schmidt to executive vice president for store operations, store design and development, and Eric Jacobsen to chief administrative officer and general counsel.
