Graco Inc., Minneapolis, elected Jody Feragen to its board of directors. Effective Sept. 17 she will serve on Graco's audit committee and the management organization and compensation committee. Feragen is an executive vice president and the chief financial officer of Austin-based Hormel Foods Corp.
Valspar Corp., Minneapolis, on Wednesday elected David Lumley to its board of directors. He will serve on Valspar's audit committee. Lumley recently retired as president and CEO of Spectrum Brands but still sits in its board and on the board of Husqvarna AB.
