Magnet 360, Minneapolis, a Salesforce.com partner, has acquired American Data Co. of Los Angeles. Founded in 2003, American Data is a cloud computing and technology services firm working with brands such as eBay, Live Nation and Starwood Vacation Ownership.
Name change
HickoryTech Corp., Mankato, approved a corporate name change to Enventis Corp., effective immediately. The company will begin trading its stock as Enventis Corp. under the Nasdaq ticker symbol ENVE later this week.
