Qumu Corp., Edina, formerly Rimage Corp., said it has an agreement to sell its legacy Rimage disc publishing assets to Redwood Acquisition Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at $23 million. Redwood Acquisition is a subsidiary of Equus Holdings Inc., Minneapolis, which has assembled a portfolio of IT equipment and solutions companies. The deal is expected to close by July 31.
