Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, said it has sold substantially all the capital equipment design and build business of its Mobotec air emissions control business to the Power Industrial Group, a British mechanical engineering business.

DEBT AND EQUITIES

Capella Education Co., Minneapolis, a provider of online post-secondary education through its subsidiary Capella University, said that its board of directors has approved a $50 million increase to its share repurchase program.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Eden Prairie, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record Sept. 6.

Arctic Cat Inc., Plymouth, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share, payable Sept. 13 to shareholders of record on Aug. 30.
