Anthony Randolph gets his first start as a Timberwolf tonight in Dallas with Kevin Love out because of that groin injury for the next two nights.

Love stayed behind in Minnesota when the Wolves flew to Dallas Wednesday afternoon for this two-game trip that ends Friday night at Oklahoma City and is rehabbing there with the hope that he'll be healthy enough to play Sunday against the Celtics at Target Center.

Without him, who's going to get those 15 rebounds a game?

Excellent question.

We'll see.

Randolph will start at Love's power forward, but he'll draw Mavs center Tyson Chandler as his defensive assignment while Kurt Rambis is putting Darko! on Dirk. Rambis has done that before with Darko/Dirk, with some relative success.

Btw, no Corey Brewer tonight for the Mavs.

Brewer has played sparingly since the Mavs signed him earlier this month. With Shawn Marion returning to action tonight after missing Sunday's game against Golden State, somebody has to sit and tonight it's Corey against his former teammates.
