MnDOT crews are still cleaning up from overnight work on westbound I-94 at 35E in downtown St. Paul.

MnDOT crews are still cleaning up from overnight work on westbound I-94 at 35E in downtown St. Paul. The right lane is blocked, but that should be out of there shortly. It's not causing any delays.
