Eight-time Winter Olympic medalist Lindsey Vonn is helping entertain the Rio Summer Games TV audience most nights. Vonn, a Twin Cities native, is the star of Reese's peanut butter cups' Olympic-themed commercial that has aired regulary throughout NBC's coverage of the event.
The fun commercial is titled "Summer Sports with a Winter Olympian" and showcases her miserable, but humorous attempts at competing in various Summer Games events. She is shown struggling through archery, equestrian, fencing, track and field, rhythmic gymnastics and weightlifting events.
Whether Vonn really is bad at these events is unknown, but she plays her comedic role well in this commercial.
