Liam Hemsworth to guest star on ABC's 'The Muppets'

Liam Hemsworth will appear on an episode of ABC's "The Muppets" reboot series, TheWrap has learned.

"Spent Friday with the most beautiful girl in the world," the "Hunger Games" actor shared on Instagram Monday. "Kermit, #SorryNotSorry. #TheMuppets #misspiggy"

Hemsworth will play himself in the revival.

Kerry Washington, Nathan Fillion, Elizabeth Banks and Topher Grace are also set to make appearances on the show. The series will explore the Muppets' personal lives and relationships, both at home and at work in a faux-documentary style reminiscent of "The Office."

ABC's "The Muppets" premieres Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. ET.
