In a heady meditation on exploration, discovery and the emotional journeys of friendship, actresses Emily King and Debra Berger don the roles of famed 19th century adventurers Lewis and Clark. Interspersing transcripts of explorers throughout history (traversing space, sea, land, drugs, sex, etc.), the show unfolds more as a poem than a play, accompanied by a live soundscape created by Derek Trost. The script, created by the performers with playwright Tyler Mills and Tyler Michaels, dabbles in feminist themes but doesn't dive deeply, and overall feels timid. (10 p.m. Mon., 5:30 p.m. Fri., 8:30 p.m. Sat., Phoenix Theater, 2605 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls.)

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
