Having grown up across the street from the Minnesota Wild's new head coach, Todd Richards, I can tell you he has always had a passion for the game of hockey. There was hardly a day when you wouldn't see Todd, and his brother Travis, in their driveway banging puck after puck into a net. Apparently, the hard work and dedication has paid off.
