Four and a half inches of snow! Oh, my God! It's the Storm of the Century! Let's have all the local TV stations devote half of their "news" coverage at 5, 6 and 10 p.m. to this amazing story. Four and a half inches of snow! All hardy, winter-loving Minnesotans should run for cover and, by all means, don't dare venture outdoors.

When did Minnesota move south of the Mason-Dixon Line?
