Lena Horne - seen above in a still from MGM's "Ziegfeld Follies" - died yesterday at the age of 92. In obits one usually lists the accomplishments and credits, but this is Lena Horne we're talking about. Nothing more needs to be said, does it?
Maybe not. Wonder how many kids grew up thinking she was that nice lady who did the alphabet with the Muppets, and that's all they know:
