Minnesota House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher will name her running mate Friday at 1 p.m. at the state Capitol.
The DFL gubernatorial candidate will be joined by her campaign co-chairs Walter Mondale, the former Vice President, and Joan Growe, a former Secretary of State and Minnesota's first female constitutional office holder.
Kelliher is vying in a DFL primary against former U.S. Sen Mark Dayton and former House Minority Leader Matt Entenza. Neither man has announced his running mate yet. They have until June 1, the close of candidate filing at the secretary of state's office, to do so.
