It feels like January outside with breezy conditions and temperatures hovering around 10 degrees, but at least the roads are dry. Ramps, bridge decks and side streets could be slick, so be careful.

Good morning commuters.

It feels like January outside with breezy conditions and temperatures hovering around 10 degrees, but at least the roads are dry. Ramps, bridge decks and side streets could be slick, so be careful.

I'll be watching the metro area roads and the rail this morning and letting you know where you will find problems and delays
