Good morning commuters.

Mother Nature is shaking her snow globe again, and that will make today's drive to work and school a tough one.

Mainline roads are wet and snow covered in places so expect some slippery spots.

Side streets and city roads are all white, so they could be treacherous and snow packed.

In a word, give yourself an extra 15 to 30 minutes to get to your destination today.

I'll be live blogging during today's rush hour, and I could use your help. If you see anything that would be helpful to pass on to your fellow commuters, send an e-mail to drive@startribune or a tweet @stribdrive, when you are in a safe place to do so, of course.

May the force and patience be with you.
