Good morning, commuters!

As is the case following a snowfall, today we are dealing with refreeze. In addition, the National Weather Service says freezing fog is developing in spots, so be prepared for low visibilities and slick roads.

So far no problems as far as accidents or incidents at this hour.

The first Northstar train is running on time.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
