Good morning, commuters!

Weekend work that had Crosstown closed in both directions at Hwy. 169 in Edina has wrapped up and all lanes are back open. Southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul also is back open.

A reminder that northbound Hwy. 169 remains closed from I-494 to Bren Road until October.

On the crash side of the ledger, authorities have the ramp from eastbound 694 to East River Road closed due to a wreck.

Delays are nonexistent at this hour as we kick off another work week. I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
