Good morning, commuters!

Just as advertised, the snow has arrived and it's already having an impact on traffic.

A motorist on westbound I-94 spun out inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel and is facing the wrong direction. Just up the road, a crash on eastbound I-94 at Lowry Avenue has the right shoulder blocked.

It's not just the mainline roads that are snow covered and slippery. Secondary roads and and city streets are too. A vehicle slid into the ditch in Corcoran at County Roads 116 and 30.

Over in St. Paul, a vehicle reportedly hit the traffic lights at Kellogg Blvd. and Smith Avenue on the east side of I-35E.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
