A Los Angeles all-star punk band that only just hit the road for the first time a few weeks ago, OFF! is already coming to Minneapolis to play Sunday at the Triple Rock (9 p.m. $13). The band is fronted by former Circle Jerks and "Nervous Breakdown"-era Black Flag howler Keith Morris with guitarist Dimitri Coats (Burning Brides), bassist Steven McDonald (Redd Kross) and drummer Mario Rubalcaba (Hot Snakes, Rocket From the Crypt). Here's what I wrote about them for the paper. Henry Rollins also raved about them in Spin. This visceral video clip pretty much says everything, though.
