Right about now several thousand lawyers who lost cases before this judge are probably considering motions to have some rulings overturned, just in case the judge may have decided a case based on whether the skeleton card came up in the Tarot deck. I'm not up on the law in his state, but I'm pretty sure the statutes don't allow you to consider sentences based on whether Venus was in transit.
