The Twins were kind enough to send over a picture of the Jim Thome Wind-up Walker toys that are being given away at tonight's game. Consider it a parting gift -- the plan, from what we're told, is for the giveaways to go on as planned. The original plan, of course, wasn't for Thome to be traded the day before the stumbly little wind-up toy was distributed to fans (first 10,000).
Still, we'll take the Wind-up Walker in a race from first to third over the real Thome. He ran like a penguin, and we'll miss every awkward step.
