My daughter, Beth Anderson, and I are both reading "Inherent Vice" by Thomas Pynchon and we are both loving it. We are also following along the Wikipedia site devoted to annotating each chapter. It really is worth all the trouble -- a very funny and smartly written book. And to think this guy is over 70 and writes with more freshness than any author.
