Interim CEO resigns
Image Sensing Systems Inc., St. Paul, announced that Dale Parker, its interim chief executive, chief financial officer and chief operating officer has resigned. Parker also resigned from his position on the board of directors.
Image Sensing Systems develops intelligent traffic management systems that utilize aboveground detection technology including video image processing and radar. Parker had stepped in as the interim leader of the company in December 2014.
The board of directors has appointed Chad Stelzig as interim CEO and Richard Ehrich as interim CFO to replace Parker. Stelzig most recently served as vice president of engineering for the company and Ehrich was most recently company controller.
